Delivery

Discreet & Fast Shipping

  • Orders ship within 24-48 hours on business days (after successful payment and basic order checks).
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next business day (usually Monday).
  • All parcels are shipped in plain, discreet packaging, with no diagnostic-related wording on the outside.
  • All orders are sent from our US warehouse.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or address issues.

Shipping Options

Within the US (USPS):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: $7 (typically 4-6 business days after dispatch, depending on destination).
  • USPS Priority Mail: $12 (typically 2-5 business days after dispatch, not guaranteed).

Within the US (UPS):

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $15 (typically 2 business days after dispatch, business days only, not a guaranteed service level unless explicitly stated by UPS).
  • Weekend and holiday effect (UPS 2nd Day Air): transit time is counted in business days. As a practical example, orders that are processed and dispatched on Thursday typically arrive on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday). Orders that are processed and dispatched on Friday typically arrive on Tuesday.
  • PO boxes: UPS generally cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for an UPS shipment, we may need to change the carrier to USPS where possible.

International Orders (UPS)

  • UPS International services: pricing and estimated delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout.
  • Business-day delivery: most UPS international services count business days only (weekends and local holidays may not count toward transit time).
  • Remote areas: deliveries to remote locations may take longer and may incur additional carrier handling time.
  • PO boxes: UPS generally cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for an UPS shipment, we may need to change the carrier to USPS where possible.

Carrier Changes (Address Limitations)

  • If you select UPS for an address that UPS cannot service (including certain PO box addresses or restricted locations), we may manually change the shipment to USPS to complete delivery.
  • Because this is a manual change, it may cause a processing/dispatch delay.
  • Carrier changes due to address limitations do not entitle the buyer to compensation, cancellation, or shipping refunds, unless required by mandatory law.

Tracking

  • Tracking is provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Carrier scans and tracking updates can sometimes take 24 hours to appear after label creation or pickup.

Customs

  • International orders: import duties, taxes, and any local handling or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we may refund the product value minus shipping and any return/handling costs charged by the carrier, where permitted by law.
