Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened test kits. This ensures the integrity, reliability, and hygiene of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receival, provided they are approved by us in writing and returned as instructed.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and you are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage incurred during return shipping.
Refunds & Order Cancellations
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The order is canceled before it has been shipped.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
- You received the wrong item.
Important Note:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded—even if a support request was made before the package was shipped or before the customer received the shipment confirmation.
We will always try to accommodate cancellation requests by checking if the package is still in our fulfillment center. However, our priority is to ensure fast and discreet delivery of test kits. This means that by the time we handle your support ticket, your order may have already been processed and shipped.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Opened or used test kits.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details (unless undeliverable and returned to us).
- Delayed deliveries due to courier issues beyond our control.
